Code Enforcement and Litter Control
Code Enforcement and Litter Control are services provided by Jasper County Emergency Services through the Community Risk Reduction Division.
The Community Risk Reduction (CRR) Division of Jasper County Emergency Services, is committed to proactively identifying, addressing, and reducing risks that impact the safety, health, and welfare of residents.
Through targeted enforcement and education, CRR focuses on mitigating environmental and property-related hazards that contribute to community vulnerability.
A key focus of the CRR Division is the identification and mitigation of nuisance properties that pose risks to public health, safety, and overall community well-being.
These properties may include those with excessive debris, overgrown vegetation, unsanitary conditions, or structural hazards that contribute to increased safety risk, pest infestations, and environmental health concerns.
By addressing these conditions proactively, the CRR Division works to prevent health-related incidents and enhance the quality of life for residents across Jasper County.

4. Improper Waste Disposal - Disposal of solid waste, household garbage, or construction debris on unauthorized public or private property. Garbage stored outside of approved containers or left uncovered, which may result in odors, pests, or animal disturbances.
