County Courts

A court is an institution that the government sets up to settle disputes, decide certain types of judicial questions or petitions put to it through a legal process in its jurisdiction. It will typically consist of one or more presiding officers, parties and their attorneys, bailiffs, reporters, and perhaps a jury.

The Jasper County Courts include Clerk of Court, Probate Court, and the Magistrates Court.
