A Bond Court Judge is on call at all times.
Office hours for the Bond Court Judge on duty:
8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday.
Weekend bond court hours:
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Magistrates can set bond for any and all criminal matters with the exception of:
- Murder
- Burglary 1st degree.

What time will bond hearings be held?
Generally, the bond court judge will hold hearings each morning:
Monday through Friday at approximately 10:00 a.m.
On the weekends, bond hearings will usually begin at approximately 10:00 a.m.
However, if there are many bond hearings to be held, the hearings may take place later.
If there are inmates in need of a bond hearing on weekend afternoons , a judge will conduct those hearings between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM
